How we work

  1.  Send a scaled 2D plan .pdf with at least one known   dimension.

  2.  Book a 15-minute initial strategy call.

  3.  Our designers will create a first-draft 3D tour for review

  4.  Revisions/iterations can be completed live on a Zoom call (recommended) or submitted via email

  5. When you’re happy, we’ll send you an invoice and a link to the 3D space

  6.  The 3D plan will be live for 30 days, additional hosting   time can be purchased for $5 per month

Simple, Transparent Pricing

  • Who places the order? Can the cost be split between landlord and tenant?
    The order can be placed by landlord, broker, tenant rep or tenant, depending on the situation. Generally, the landlord team orders the initial project. Subsequent reworks or revisions to the project are often ordered by the landlord, but it is not uncommon for the tenant team to cover the fees.
  • What is the difference between revisions and alternate versions?
    Reworks take an existing plan and modify the furniture, finishes, layout, and walls to meet the requirements of a new prospect. Alternate versions are separately saved variants of a project. For example, this may include a plan that is office intensive vs open collaborative, targeting two active prospects with dramatically different needs.
  • How many revisions can be made?
    We'll make free revisions for up to 10 days from the delivery of the 1st draft. Revisions submitted after this period can be made for a nominal fee as noted on pricing page.
  • Do you offer volume discounts?
    Yes - call us to discuss.
  • What if I don't have a dimension?
    We require a scaled 2D plan. If necessary, our designers can scale off a doorway. It is much better to have a high confidence known dimension, e.g. from field measurements or engineering docs.
  • How big can a plan be?
    Our proprietary 3D software supports individual floorplates up to 50k sf.
  • What if I have more than one floor?
    We treat each floor and/or suite as it's own project.
  • What if I have empty/shell space?
    Our design team will have a quick chat with you to go over what you are envisioning for your project. We'll offer guidance based on industry trends and standards while meeting your target prospect's unique needs.
